Although is good to have partition to separate operating system and data in hard disk, but is better keep another copy of data within another hard disk.

Password is required when user logon to Windows and each user’s account have certain privilege when logon to Windows. For a limited users account, they only manage logon to Windows and use most of the capabilities of the computer, but only an administrator can make changes that affect other users of the computer. Administrator account is the master account in Windows.
